Non-Personalised Products: We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase.
Personalised Products: Customised items may take longer to ship due to the additional time required for customisation.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹499.
Standard Shipping: Orders below ₹499 will incur a standard shipping charge.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp and Email. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your purchase in real-time.
2. Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy on unused and unworn items. No questions asked. However, this policy does not apply to:

Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
SilverBird reserves the right to process the refund only after inspecting the returned items.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges Any shipping charges paid at the time of order will not be refunded in case of a return.
Missing Items In the event that items are missing from your return, SilverBird reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product(s) from your refund.

Replacement and Exchange You can request a replacement or exchange for your product, provided that the conditions for returns are met (i.e., the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition). However, personalised items and coins are not eligible for replacement, return, or exchange.
