1. Processing Time
1.1 Order Processing
- Non-Personalised Products: Orders for non-personalised items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Personalised Products: Orders for personalised items may require additional time due to the customisation process. Please allow extra time for these items to be processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹499 within India.
2.2 Standard Shipping
For orders under ₹499, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
2.3 International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within India only.
3. Delivery Time
3.1 Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Non-Metro Cities and Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
4.2 Updates
We will keep you informed of your order’s progress via regular updates sent to your preferred communication channels (WhatsApp and Email).
5. Shipping Address
5.1 Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Silver Bird is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2 Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@silverbird.in. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
6. Undeliverable Packages
6.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages
